Presentation clearance
The lead job on this patch: a long-held house cleared for its sale campaign. We work back from the stylist's install day, the first open or settlement, clear the whole house or just the deep storage, and leave every room swept and ready to be looked at. Post-renovation clears too, once the trades are out.
Estate clearance
When a whole house has to be cleared after a death or a move into care, the job is different and we treat it differently. Unhurried, discreet, sentimental things set aside first. Executors, families and their solicitors welcome.
Everyday pickup

Honesty is cheaper than a fine, for both of us. Asbestos and fibro fragments, chemicals, paints, gas bottles and clinical waste need operators licensed for exactly those streams, and we'll say so on the spot rather than quietly load them. If you suspect asbestos in a strip-out, stop and get it tested before anyone touches it; asbestos.nsw.gov.au is the place to start. Everything else, from a single armchair to a whole house, is ours.
