What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, contact details, suburb, the kind of job, any date you mention, and your message. There are no tracking cookies on this site and no advertising pixels. Basic, anonymous page-view counts (which pages were viewed, from which country) are recorded server-side to keep the site working well; they identify nobody.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, arrange the walk-through, and do the job you've asked about. That's the entire purpose. We don't build marketing lists from enquiries and we don't send newsletters.

Who sees it

The people who handle the work. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request, and with no one else. We never sell or rent enquiry details, and we don't discuss addresses, campaign timing or the contents of any house with third parties. Estate enquiries are treated with particular care.

Bots

The enquiry form carries one hidden field that no person ever sees. Automated spam fills it in, and anything that does is binned unread. That is the entire anti-spam apparatus on this site: no puzzles for you to solve, no third-party checkbox watching you type.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as they're useful for arranging and completing work, then removed in the normal course of housekeeping.

Your choices

Ask us at any time, through the enquiry form, to show you what we hold from your enquiry or to delete it, and we will.
